Supabase Launches Supabase Integration for Make

The Supabase integration for Make is now available, connecting Supabase projects to Make through OAuth. Scenarios and AI agents can query databases, read logs, deploy Edge Functions and manage projects without exports or manual data syncs.

Supabase’s launch blog post describes two ways to build with the integration: pre-built API modules for repeatable workflow steps, or the Supabase MCP server for AI agents that need structured access to a project.

A separate LinkedIn announcement places Supabase alongside the 3,000+ apps already connected to Make. More than 400,000 organisations use Make to build workflows, which it calls scenarios, on a visual canvas.

Two Ways to Use the Supabase integration for Make

The route depends on whether the workflow should follow fixed steps or let an AI agent choose how to complete a task.

RouteHow it worksExample from the announcement
Supabase API appsAdd pre-built modules to Make’s scenario builderQuery weekly sign-ups or write a Postgres record when a CRM deal closes
MCP and AI agentsConnect a scenario or Make AI Agent to the Supabase MCP serverRoute log errors to an issue tracker or answer questions using database records

Both routes can be assembled visually. Builders can also describe a scenario in plain language to Maia, Make’s AI assistant.

The MCP route follows Supabase’s recent work to add an MCP server block to customer apps. In this integration, the MCP server gives Make scenarios and agents structured access to Supabase projects.

Live Data Replaces Exports and Nightly Syncs

Supabase appears as another app inside the Make scenario builder, next to tools such as a CRM or help desk. Scenario builders can work with live database data rather than requesting an export or relying on a nightly sync.

Make records each scenario run and agent tool call in its history. Teams can inspect that history to see what accessed the database and when.
