Kajabi Launches Coaching Hub to Replace Fragmented Tools With All-in-One Workflow

Kajabi Launches Coaching Hub to Replace Fragmented Tools With All-in-One Workflow

Kajabi has launched Kajabi Coaching, an integrated coaching workflow designed to consolidate session booking, payment processing, and content delivery into a single platform. The update addresses a recurring pain point for coaches who typically juggle multiple tools for scheduling, invoicing, and client communication.

The new feature includes session booking, automated payment collection, subscription renewals, and a branded client portal where coaches can deliver all their content and services. According to the company's LinkedIn announcement, the launch is part of a broader rollout that includes more than ten product updates aimed at helping coaches scale their businesses.

Consolidating the Coaching Tech Stack

Coaches typically patch together tools like Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payments, and Notion or Google Sheets for client tracking. Kajabi's approach eliminates that stack by centralizing core workflows in one environment.

The platform now allows coaches to:

  • Schedule and manage client sessions directly within Kajabi
  • Automate invoicing and payment collection
  • Set up recurring subscriptions with automatic renewals
  • Provide clients with a white-labeled portal to access sessions, resources, and program materials

For coaches already using Kajabi to host courses or communities, this update tightens the integration between content delivery and one-on-one coaching services.

Broader Product Push

Kajabi Coaching arrives as the company continues expanding its platform capabilities. Earlier this year, Kajabi introduced Cofounder AI to generate business content and partnered with Justin Welsh on an Expert Operating System framework to help creators structure their businesses.

The company also recently launched four community management updates, improving channel control and moderation tools for its community features. These moves signal Kajabi's intent to deepen its foothold in the creator economy by offering more specialized tools for different business models.

While the LinkedIn post mentioned ten-plus updates, Kajabi has not yet published a detailed changelog or public roadmap documenting each feature. The company's updates page shows ongoing development cycles but does not yet include a dedicated announcement for the Coaching feature.

Competing in a Crowded Space

Kajabi competes with platforms like Circle, Mighty Networks, and Skool, which also offer community and content delivery tools for creators. The addition of coaching-specific workflows positions Kajabi as a more comprehensive solution for creators who run hybrid businesses that combine courses, communities, and one-on-one services.

For coaches evaluating all-in-one platforms, the key question is whether consolidation justifies the trade-off of leaving specialized tools like Calendly or Acuity Scheduling behind. Kajabi's bet is that reducing the number of platforms coaches need to manage will save time and reduce operational friction, particularly for those already using the platform for other parts of their business.

The company has not disclosed pricing specifics for Kajabi Coaching or whether it will be available across all subscription tiers. Existing Kajabi plans start at $149 per month.
