Kajabi upgraded Cofounder, its AI assistant included in every account, to pull context directly from users' businesses. The update lets Cofounder access courses, coaching programs, offers, landing pages, email sequences, communities, podcasts, and downloads stored in a Kajabi account.
Instead of pasting context into a chatbot, creators can now ask Cofounder questions like "what offers do I have?" and receive answers based on actual account data. The AI searches the account, identifies relevant items, and links directly to them. When asked about pricing, Cofounder generates recommendations using product type, existing offers, and performance data rather than generic formulas.
From Generic Tool to Business Partner
The distinction between an AI tool and an AI partner comes down to context. Most AI assistants operate in isolation, requiring users to manually feed information before generating output. Cofounder's update positions it as an assistant that already knows the business.
If a user has three offers and only one is generating sales, Cofounder can identify that pattern. If a landing page exists but isn't connected to an email sequence, the AI can flag the gap. These insights become specific rather than theoretical because the system has visibility into what's built, what's active, and what's working.
The approach differs from standalone AI writing or strategy tools that operate without knowledge of a user's existing infrastructure. Cofounder's integration with Kajabi's platform means it can reference actual products, active campaigns, and connected workflows when making suggestions.
Kajabi launched Cofounder as a context-aware assistant earlier this year. This update expands its access across the platform's ecosystem.
Availability and Access
Cofounder is included in all Kajabi plans at no additional cost. Existing users can access it immediately through their accounts. New users can try the platform through a promotional offer: three months of full access for $99.
The update reflects a broader shift in how AI tools integrate with business platforms. Rather than operating as external services that require manual data entry, AI assistants embedded within platforms can draw from existing infrastructure to deliver recommendations tailored to a specific business configuration. For creators managing courses, memberships, and marketing sequences in one system, that integration means fewer steps between question and actionable answer.
