Kajabi's AI assistant Cofounder can now access and analyze every asset in a user's account, from courses and coaching programs to landing pages and email sequences. The update transforms the tool from a generic AI chatbot into what the company calls a context-aware business partner.
The feature, announced on LinkedIn, means Cofounder can search a user's Kajabi account to answer questions like "what offers do I have?" and link directly to the relevant products. More importantly, it can spot gaps in a user's setup, such as a landing page that was built but never connected to an email sequence, or identify which of three offers is actually generating sales.
How Full-Account Access Changes AI Recommendations
Most AI tools require users to manually paste context into each prompt. Cofounder's new capability removes that step entirely. When a creator asks for pricing advice, the AI references their existing product types, current offers, and sales performance rather than suggesting a generic formula.
The difference matters for solopreneurs and small teams who often lack the bandwidth to feed detailed context into AI tools repeatedly. Cofounder's ability to see that a user has published three courses but only one is converting, or that they've set up a community space but haven't launched engagement workflows, allows it to tailor suggestions to the user's actual business state.
Kajabi includes Cofounder in every plan at no additional cost. The platform is also running a promotional offer: three months of full access for $99 for new users.
Platform Updates Beyond Cofounder
The Cofounder enhancement arrives during Kajabi's Timberline development cycle, which focuses on improving commerce features and AI capabilities. The company has been shipping regular updates through structured development cycles, a shift announced earlier this year alongside visual automations and API access.
Recent updates include automated workflows to reduce manual student outreach and a universal inbox that centralizes lead follow-up across channels. The platform surpassed $1 billion in creator revenue through Kajabi Payments last year, with half of all transactions now processed through the native payment system.
For creators managing multiple offers, email sequences, and community spaces across platforms like Circle or Skool, the value proposition is straightforward: an AI tool that already knows what you've built and what's working eliminates the context-setting step that slows down most AI workflows. Whether that translates to measurably better business decisions will depend on how well Cofounder interprets the data it now has access to.
