Zapier Connector Brings 9,000+ Apps to Meta Muse

Zapier Connector now links Meta Muse with Zapier MCP. Connect it once and Meta’s personal agent can complete work across more than 9,000 apps, or build workflows that continue running unattended.

In a LinkedIn post, Zapier announced that it is an official connector in Muse. Zapier MCP acts as the connection between the agent and Zapier’s app catalogue.

Zapier Connector Gives Muse Two Ways to Work

The integration supports direct tasks and ongoing automation. Both start from the same Zapier MCP connection.

OptionWhat Muse can do
Complete a taskGet work done across Zapier’s 9,000+ connected apps
Build a workflowCreate an automation that continues running unattended

For a direct task, a user asks Muse to carry out work through one or more connected apps. For ongoing work, the user can ask Muse to build a workflow instead. That workflow keeps operating after the original conversation, including while the user is asleep.

The announcement presents these as two separate routes. One handles the task requested in the conversation. The other turns the request into repeatable automation.

This follows Zapier’s launch of 100 Zapier MCP templates for action-taking AI assistants. Muse now joins the agents that can use Zapier MCP to reach the wider app network.

One Connection Covers 9,000+ Apps

The connection is made once at the Zapier MCP level. Muse can then work across Zapier’s catalogue of more than 9,000 apps, rather than requiring a separate Muse connector for every app involved in a task or workflow.

The same connection covers both immediate work and workflows designed to keep running. A user can therefore ask Muse to act through Zapier or ask it to create the automation that will handle the same kind of work again.

Tanya Van Gastel presents the APEX framework for making products discoverable in AI-powered search engines like ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews. She explains how AI is fundamentally changing product discovery and buyer behavior, then breaks down five critical components: Authority (being cited as a solution), Presence (visibility across search platforms), Expertise (creating high-quality money pages), Endorsements (off-site validation), and Extractability (making content easy for AI to process). The talk emphasizes quality over quantity, with data showing 50% of SaaS SEO revenue comes from fewer than 10 high-performing pages.
