Framer MCP Turns Slack Feedback Into Site Changes

Framer MCP can now turn website feedback from Slack into changes inside a Framer project. Teams can ask ChatGPT to read a conversation, interpret the requests and use Framer MCP to carry out the work.

The changes are not published immediately. They remain in the project or a branch, where the team can review the result and compare it with the main version of the site. A person or agent publishes the changes when they are ready.

Framer shared the workflow in a LinkedIn post. It follows the broader launch of Framer MCP, which lets AI agents build and publish sites.

How the Framer MCP Feedback Workflow Works

The starting point is an existing Slack conversation rather than a separate task brief. ChatGPT reviews that conversation, then connects to Framer through the Model Context Protocol and makes the requested edits on the canvas.

  1. 1

    Collect the feedback

discuss the website changes in Slack

  2. 2

    Ask ChatGPT

have it review the conversation and identify the requests

  3. 3

    Apply the edits

use Framer MCP to make the changes in the project or branch

  4. 4

    Review the work

compare the changed version with main

  5. 5

    Publish when ready

a person or agent publishes the approved changes

Framer MCP is not limited to canvas edits. It can also manage CMS content and publish a site. The Slack workflow combines those agent controls with Framer’s existing branch and review process, keeping draft changes separate from the live site until publication.

This also separates two actions that can otherwise get bundled together in an agent workflow: changing the project and releasing those changes. The agent can complete the first action while the team retains a review stage before the second.

How does Framer MCP use Slack feedback? A team shares website feedback in Slack, then asks ChatGPT to review the conversation. ChatGPT can use Framer MCP to make the requested changes directly in the relevant project or branch.

Which Framer plan includes this workflow? The announcement does not give pricing or plan requirements. It describes the workflow but does not name any account restrictions.
