Make Partners With Meta to Deliver 16% Lower Cost Per Lead Using CRM Conversion Data

Make is partnering with Meta to demonstrate how businesses can reduce their cost per lead by 16 percent through automated conversion tracking. The two companies will host a webinar on June 16 showing how to send CRM conversion data back to Meta's advertising platform using Make's automation workflows.

The strategy centers on Meta's Conversions API for CRM, which allows businesses to send conversion events directly from their customer relationship management systems to Meta's ad platform. By feeding Meta's algorithm with accurate data about which leads actually convert to customers, advertisers can help the platform optimize campaigns for revenue rather than just initial lead capture.

Bridging the Gap Between CRM and Ad Platforms

Most advertising platforms only see the top of the funnel. A user clicks an ad, fills out a form, and that's where the visibility ends. But CRM systems track what happens next: which leads get qualified, which become customers, and which generate revenue.

Make's automation platform can connect these two systems, automatically sending conversion events from tools like Airtable or other CRMs to Meta whenever a lead progresses through specific stages. This creates a feedback loop that teaches Meta's algorithm which types of leads are most valuable, allowing it to find more like them.

The webinar will feature Zach Martin, Senior Product Marketing Manager for Automation and Lead Gen Ad Products at Meta, and Daniel Zrůst, Senior Value Engineer at Make. The 45-minute session will cover why Conversions API for CRM drives better results and share best practices directly from Meta's team.

Automating the Full Workflow

The key advantage of using Make for this integration is automation. Rather than manually exporting conversion data or relying on developers to build custom integrations, businesses can use Make's visual workflow builder to set up the entire pipeline.

A typical scenario might trigger whenever a lead stage changes in a CRM, extract relevant conversion data, format it according to Meta's API requirements, and send it to the advertising platform. Make's pre-built integrations with Meta and major CRM platforms handle the technical complexity, while its conditional logic allows businesses to define exactly which events count as valuable conversions.

This approach builds on Make's recent focus on AI and automation capabilities. Following their announcement of Claude Skills and MCP Server integration, the company continues expanding ways businesses can connect different systems without code.

The 16 percent reduction in cost per lead represents a significant improvement for advertising budgets. For a business spending $10,000 per month on Meta ads, that translates to $1,600 in monthly savings or the ability to generate nearly 20 percent more leads at the same budget.

Registration and Next Steps

The webinar takes place on June 16, though Make has not specified the exact time. Interested attendees can register through Make's website. The session is designed for marketers, growth teams, and business owners running Meta advertising campaigns who want to improve their return on ad spend through better conversion tracking.

While the webinar focuses specifically on Meta, the underlying principle applies to other advertising platforms that support server-side conversion tracking. Businesses that successfully implement this workflow with Meta could apply similar automation to Google Ads, LinkedIn, or other platforms that offer conversion APIs.

The AI-Native Solopreneur: Build Without a Technical Co-Founder

Effie Bersoux presents a paradigm shift in entrepreneurship where AI enables solo founders to build, validate, and scale businesses without technical co-founders or significant capital. Drawing from Growth Girls' experience building 40+ companies in one year and going from a £4m exit (7 years) to a £40m acquisition target (1 year), she demonstrates how AI breaks the traditional capital-talent-traction loop that disadvantages undercapitalized founders. The talk provides concrete frameworks for AI-native operating models, automation decision-making, and rapid idea-to-market validation.
