ElevenLabs Introduces Flows Agent for Conversational Creative Workflows
ElevenLabs has launched Flows Agent, a new feature within ElevenCreative that translates natural language descriptions into complete multimodal workflows. Announced on LinkedIn on June 4, the agent builds full pipelines with variants and allows users to iterate through conversation rather than manual reconstruction.
The feature addresses a persistent friction point in AI creative tools: workflow complexity. Instead of navigating multiple menus and parameter screens, users describe what they want to create, and Flows Agent constructs the entire pipeline, selecting appropriate models and configurations across ElevenCreative's suite of capabilities.
How Flows Agent Works
Flows Agent operates across every modality supported in ElevenCreative, including image, video, speech, music, and sound effects. According to ElevenLabs, users start by describing their desired output in plain language. The agent then builds a complete workflow with variants, allowing for rapid iteration.
Refinements happen through conversational commands:
- "Try a warmer voice"
- "Swap the background"
- "Make a version in Spanish"
Each adjustment is a single sentence rather than a manual rebuild. The agent maintains context across the conversation, making it possible to test creative directions without losing previous work or starting from scratch.

The feature is available now at elevenlabs.io/app/flows for users of ElevenCreative.
Expanding the Creative Suite
Flows Agent builds on ElevenLabs' recent expansion of ElevenCreative. The platform now includes Dubbing v2 for multilingual voice transfer, Music v2 for AI-generated soundtracks, and Avatars for lip-synced talking-head video. Flows Agent acts as a unified interface across these capabilities, reducing the learning curve for complex multimodal projects.
The conversational approach mirrors broader industry trends toward agentic interfaces in creative tools. Platforms like Lovable and Bolt have applied similar conversational patterns to web development, while Cursor has done so for code editing. ElevenLabs is now extending this paradigm to audio and video workflows.
Implications for Creative Workflows
For small business owners and content creators, Flows Agent lowers the technical barrier to producing polished multimedia content. Marketing teams can prototype video ads with localized voiceovers and background music in minutes. Podcasters can experiment with intro sequences and sound design without audio engineering expertise. Educators can generate narrated explainer videos with supporting visuals from a single prompt.
The feature also positions ElevenLabs more directly against competitors like Descript, which offers script-based video editing, and emerging AI video platforms. By integrating speech, music, and visual generation under a conversational interface, ElevenCreative becomes a more complete production environment rather than a collection of separate tools.
ElevenLabs has not disclosed specific model architectures powering Flows Agent or whether it uses retrieval-augmented generation to understand user intent. The company also has not announced pricing changes tied to the new feature, suggesting it is included in existing ElevenCreative subscriptions.
Flows Agent is live now for all ElevenCreative users. More details are available on the ElevenLabs official site.
