ElevenLabs has deployed its AI voice agents to power customer support for eDreams ODIGEO, the travel platform serving more than 7.8 million Prime members across Europe. The implementation handles inbound support calls in five languages, autonomously resolving travel queries and routing complex cases to specialists with full context.
Since going live, eDreams ODIGEO has recorded double-digit improvements in both resolution speed and transfer rates, according to an announcement on LinkedIn by ElevenLabs.
How the System Works
The AI agents answer common travel questions without human intervention, including flight changes, booking confirmations, and baggage inquiries. When a query exceeds their capability, they transfer the call to a human specialist and provide complete conversation history so the customer doesn't need to repeat information.
The multilingual capability allows eDreams ODIGEO to serve members across Spain, Italy, France, Germany, and the UK without maintaining separate support teams for each language. The system identifies the caller's language and responds accordingly.
Enterprise Voice AI Momentum
This deployment follows ElevenLabs' recent push into enterprise customer service. The company partnered with Deloitte in February to help large organizations deploy omnichannel AI agents, combining ElevenLabs' voice platform with Deloitte's industry expertise.

The travel industry presents a particularly strong use case for voice AI. Support queries are often time-sensitive, and customers may be calling from airports or while traveling. Multilingual support is essential, but expensive to staff continuously.
ElevenLabs has not disclosed pricing details for the eDreams ODIGEO implementation or whether the travel company is using the standard Agents platform or a custom enterprise deployment. The company also did not specify which of its voice models powers the agents, though recent updates to the platform have included improved conversational capabilities and lower latency.
Competitive Landscape
ElevenLabs competes with several platforms offering conversational AI for customer support, including Voiceflow and traditional contact center providers adding AI capabilities. The company's strength lies in voice quality and multilingual support, with over 30 languages available across its product line.
The eDreams ODIGEO case represents a proof point for voice AI handling real-world customer interactions at scale. Travel support typically involves frequent interruptions, background noise, and stressed customers, all of which challenge AI systems more than controlled environments.
ElevenLabs has been expanding beyond voice cloning and text-to-speech, its original product offerings. The company launched a music marketplace in March and introduced Flows, a creative pipeline tool for teams, targeting enterprise audio production workflows alongside its conversational AI push.
