ElevenLabs Gains FedRAMP 20x Class a Certification.

FedRAMP 20x Class A certification now covers ElevenAgents and ElevenLabs’ Text to Speech and Speech to Text APIs. US federal agencies can use those products when workloads run in Zero Retention Mode with US data residency.

The certification is part of ElevenLabs for Government, its dedicated public-sector offering. According to the LinkedIn post, the scope includes the security, privacy and governance requirements needed for federal work.

ElevenAgents can run conversational services that handle calls and other spoken interactions. The Text to Speech API turns written content into audio, while the Speech to Text API converts recorded or live speech into text.

The certification extends access to these products for US federal agencies. It does not cover every ElevenLabs configuration: the workloads must use Zero Retention Mode, which prevents retained data, and keep data in the US.

ElevenLabs already runs government conversational agents outside the US. Its figures show how those deployments are being used across employment and benefits services.
