What to expect

Deploy production-ready AI agents on AWS in this hands-on workshop hosted at Amazon Web Services in San Francisco. Move beyond notebook demos and learn to ship multi-agent systems with proper infrastructure, authentication, and observability using Pulumi and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.

Most AI agent proof-of-concepts fall apart when you try to deploy them. Authentication breaks, secrets get hard-coded, IAM policies become a mess, and there's no monitoring or repeatable deployment process. This workshop tackles those real-world challenges head-on, showing you how to define your entire AI infrastructure as code and deploy agents that can actually run in production.

What You'll Build

You'll deploy a working multi-agent system on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, starting from a minimal agent and progressing to a sophisticated system that coordinates tasks, calls external tools, executes code, and maintains state over time. Everything will be defined as infrastructure-as-code using Pulumi, giving you a repeatable, version-controlled deployment that you can extend and reuse.

Workshop topics include:

  • Structuring agent workflows that coordinate multiple tasks and tools
  • Implementing proper authentication and secrets management for production agents
  • Setting up IAM policies and security boundaries for agent workloads
  • Adding observability and monitoring to understand agent behavior
  • Moving from prototype to production with infrastructure-as-code principles
  • Deploying and scaling multi-agent systems on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore

Who Should Attend

This workshop is designed for engineers, platform teams, DevOps practitioners, and AI/ML developers who are serious about shipping agents to production. You'll get the most value if you're building on AWS, evaluating Bedrock AgentCore for your organization, or trying to bring infrastructure discipline to AI workloads. The session assumes some familiarity with cloud infrastructure and development workflows.

Workshop Instructor

Laci Videmsky, Solutions Architect at Pulumi, will lead the hands-on portion. You'll walk away with a working multi-agent system deployed on AWS, infrastructure-as-code you can extend, and practical experience with both Pulumi and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
