San Francisco

Hosted by Bardia Shahali

Hear Vanta CRO Stevie Case unpack go-to-market leadership with Granola VP of Sales Bardia Shahali in San Francisco on 5 November 2026. Inside the third GTM Series conversation Granola brings its speaker series back to San Francisco for a focused conversation with Stevie Case, Chief Revenue Officer at Vanta. She will sit down with Granola’s VP of Sales and event host, Bardia Shahali, as the series continues its mission to bring leading go-to-market operators into conversation with the Granola community. Stevie leads all go-to-market activity at Vanta, a Cloud 100-ranked security compliance company. Her remit spans: - Sales and customer success - Account management - Revenue operations - Wider go-to-market strategy and leadership Her perspective draws on more than 20 years spent leading sales teams and revenue organisations across very different stages of company growth, from 0-to-1 startups to major brands including Visa and Twilio. She is also part of 20SALES, a venture fund formed with seven other GTM leaders from prominent SaaS companies. The fund invests in seed-stage AI and B2B SaaS startups, adding an investor’s view of what early companies need to build and scale. Case’s path into technology is far from conventional. An aspiring lawyer turned college dropout, she began her career as Stevie “KillCreek” Case, the world’s first female professional gamer. Beyond work, she is a certified sailboat skipper and electric boat owner. Who should attend? This session will be particularly relevant to founders, sales and revenue leaders, customer success professionals, SaaS operators, and people building AI or B2B software. Attendees can expect an in-person, interview-style conversation rather than a hands-on workshop, with the emphasis on learning directly from an experienced operator who has worked across startups, established technology businesses, and venture investing.… Register for this event

London · London, United Kingdom

Hosted by Granola

Explore how thoughtful product design meets AI in this live London conversation with Corin Mellor, Creative Director of David Mellor Design, on 8 October 2026. Hosted by Granola in London, Made in the UK: Corin Mellor brings together design, craftsmanship and artificial intelligence. Mellor will speak with Granola’s Sam Garson about designing things people genuinely want to use, and what happens when established design principles encounter the rapidly developing world of AI. About the conversation Corin Mellor is the son of renowned designer-silversmith David Mellor CBE and cultural historian Fiona MacCarthy OBE. After training as a product designer at Kingston University, he developed a career combining craftsmanship with architectural finesse. He joined his father’s company, David Mellor Design, as a designer-craftsman before becoming Creative Director in 2006 and taking the helm of the family business. The company is also responsible for the distinctive Granola spoon, giving this discussion a direct connection between its host and guest. Expect an informed conversation about creating useful, desirable physical objects and the implications of bringing AI into the design process. Topics at the heart of the evening include: - How to design products that people actually want to use - The relationship between craftsmanship, function and creative direction - Leading and expanding a family design business - What the meeting point between design and AI could mean for creators This is a live talk and conversation, rather than a hands-on workshop. It is particularly relevant to product designers, creative directors, craftspeople, founders and anyone interested in AI’s relationship with design and culture. No specific technical experience is listed as a requirement. Timings and practical details Doors open at 6:00pm on Thursday 8 October 2026, with the talk beginning at 6:30pm. Attendees should arrive by 6:30pm because the doors will close once the conversation starts. The event runs until 8:30pm, and drinks and snacks will be provided. Ensemble Summer '25

London

Hosted by Ensemble

Ensemble Summer ’25 brings 400+ artists, makers, engineers, writers and researchers to a historic London guildhall for a full day of demos, workshops and creative exchange. Presented by craft! and hosted by Ensemble, this maker-culture “rodeo” runs from 12:00 to 19:30 on Saturday 4 October. The venue is a 500-year-old guildhall, with its exact London address shared with registered attendees. A celebration of things people make The focus is not polished startup pitches or conventional conference talks. Instead, Ensemblers take to the stage to demonstrate passion projects, share unusual experiments and show what hands-on creativity can look like across art, technology and research. Previous projects included dresses made using brain scans, a bird-themed block-printed magazine, home-brewed portable 8-bit game consoles and custom Nerf guns. This edition is billed as four times bigger, combining: - On-stage project demos from members of the Ensemble community - Participant-led unconference workshops, created ad hoc on the day - Live performances spanning the event’s arts-and-technology mix - Time to meet other makers over food and browse event merchandise - A free catered lunch, included for registered attendees Doors open at 12:00, giving attendees time to collect merchandise, eat and meet the community. Stage demonstrations begin at 14:00, followed by the unconference at 16:00. From 19:00, attendees can continue conversations over dinner at nearby restaurants; spaces are limited and dinner is not covered by the organisers. Who should attend? Ensemble is designed for artists, writers, engineers, researchers and curious people whose interests sit between established disciplines. You do not need to bring a project or have a particular level of technical experience. An open mind, a personal passion and an interest in how other people create are enough. The event also connects a wider network of co-working nodes across London, Oxford, Cambridge, Coventry, Liverpool, Paris, Zurich, Amsterdam and Munich. It offers a particularly valuable setting for meeting collaborators outside your usual professional circle. You can continue those conversations through the community’s Discord.… Register for this event
