Julia led design teams for more than 20 years, including 11 years at the BBC. She headed User Experience and Design for the original BBC iPlayer before leading design across BBC News, Sport and Weather. She later became GM and Executive Creative Director of the BBC’s 150-person User Experience and Design department. Today, she works as an executive and leadership coach across technology, media and climate.
