Build an adaptable AI governance roadmap in this live online workshop on 22 October 2026 at 15:00 UTC (22:00 Bangkok time), hosted by Kong/BANGKOK. As AI models, agents and tooling evolve, governance plans can quickly become outdated. This interactive session explores how to create a strategy that can respond to new attack surfaces, changing technology and emerging organisational requirements without needing to be rebuilt every quarter. Participants are encouraged to submit the real governance challenges they face, including: - Budget overruns and policy sprawl - Access control for AI agents - Compliance across multiple teams - Governance for changing models, agents and tools The session promises direct answers to submitted questions alongside a curated roadmap for planning and implementing an AI governance programme based on each organisation’s current position. It is particularly relevant to people responsible for AI strategy, API management, software development, security, compliance or cross-team governance. This is an online network event hosted by Kong/BANGKOK and sponsored by Kong, the Cloud Native API Platform. The joining link will be visible to registered attendees.
