Taking place on Thursday 12 November 2026 at 18:30 GMT, this free, in-person South West User Group meeting offers a welcoming place to exchange practical knowledge with people working across the Microsoft business applications ecosystem. The event will be held at a new venue, Changing Social in St Bartholomew’s House, Lewins Mead, Bristol, around the corner from Bristol Beacon and the Hippodrome. What to expect The evening combines structured learning with plenty of time to meet other members of the regional community. Its format includes: - Two 45-minute speaker sessions covering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform - Informal networking with fellow users, makers and professionals - Food and refreshments provided during the meetup - An optional social afterwards for anyone who wants to continue the conversation The detailed agenda and speakers are still to be confirmed. Across the wider D365PPUG community, meetings address the full Dynamics 365 and Power Platform landscape, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents. Sessions can explore technical areas such as development and solution architecture, alongside business-focused subjects including user adoption, change management and business analysis. The final topics for this Bristol edition will be announced by the organiser. Who should attend? This event is suitable for all experience levels. New York · OASIS by Workville - Conference Center & Corporate Events, Flex Office, Meeting Space Venue & Rooftop
Hosted by n8n
Turn a neglected workflow into a working AI automation at this hands-on Miro × n8n hackathon in New York on 28 September 2026. Running from 2:00–7:00 PM EDT at OASIS by Workville, this fast-paced build session challenges teams to move from structured visual thinking to a functional automation in just a few hours. You will map an idea in Miro, build it with n8n, and then close the loop by having the automation write results back to the original board. From diagram to automation Bring a stalled work project, an under-resourced idea or a deprioritised workflow that would benefit from automation. You can arrive with an existing team or find teammates onsite. The build process has three connected stages: - Design in Miro: define the problem, triggers, steps and desired output as a visual workflow. The finished board becomes both your blueprint and part of your pitch. - Build in n8n: use AI and MCP to translate the diagram into an operational workflow, connecting services, triggering actions and moving data between systems. - Write back to Miro: make the workflow populate sticky notes, update cards or boards, or respond to activity taking place on the board. The goal is to leave with either a working prototype or clear, demonstrable progress, not simply another diagram or planning document. Demo and judging format Each qualifying team must have at least four members and will pitch live to the judges. The final submission includes: - A 2.5-minute demonstration explaining the problem, automation and Miro output - A shared Miro board containing the workflow diagram, process map and final layout - An exported or shared n8n workflow showing the automation logic Three teams will be selected as winners and receive standout prizes. Who should take part? This hackathon is designed for product, operations, engineering and cross-functional teams with real work to unblock. It also suits makers and automators who enjoy building under time constraints, particularly anyone who has repeatedly identified a process that “should be automated” but has never had the time or resources to tackle it.… Register for this event
Amsterdam · RAI Amsterdam (booth G19)
Hosted by n8n
Meet the n8n team at HumanX Europe in Amsterdam on 23–24 September 2026 to explore how AI workflows can move from impressive demos into production. From AI prototype to dependable automation At RAI Amsterdam, n8n will focus on one of the biggest challenges facing teams adopting AI: turning a promising idea into a reliable, maintainable workflow that works with existing tools and data. Visit booth G19 to discuss the practical realities of production AI and learn how teams use n8n to connect models, agents, applications and data across complete automated processes. Rather than concentrating solely on isolated AI demonstrations, the conversations will examine what it takes to build automation that can become part of day-to-day operations and scale across an organisation. Key discussion areas include: - Orchestrating AI workflows in production, where reliability matters beyond the initial prototype - Connecting LLMs, agents, apps and data end to end so that AI can operate within wider business processes - Creating reliable and maintainable workflows around the systems teams already use - Scaling automation across teams while avoiding unnecessary platform lock-in Who should visit? This exhibition is particularly relevant to AI builders, automation practitioners, technical teams and business leaders who are moving AI projects towards real-world use. It should also be useful for anyone evaluating how workflow orchestration can bring together multiple tools and data sources, or looking for a more sustainable approach to expanding automation across teams. The format is an in-person exhibition presence rather than a standalone workshop. Attendees can stop at the booth during HumanX Europe, meet the n8n team and have a focused conversation about their own production workflows, integration requirements and automation challenges. No named speakers or formal session timetable have been announced in the event post. HumanX Europe takes place at RAI Amsterdam in Amsterdam across Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 September 2026. Tickets are available through the HumanX Europe registration page. View n8n’s event post and registration details
