San Francisco

Hosted by Supabase

Build with Supabase and its partners at a one-day hackathon in San Francisco on 3 October 2026, with up to $100,000 in credits available. A full day of building Running from 9:00am to 5:00pm PDT on Saturday, 3 October, the Supabase Select 2026 Hackathon brings participants together for a focused, in-person day of creating with Supabase and its partner ecosystem. The event takes place at 580 20th Street, San Francisco, CA 94107. The emphasis is on building together rather than sitting through a conventional conference programme. It is a strong fit for developers, technical founders, product builders and anyone interested in turning an idea into a working project using modern AI and software infrastructure. The organisers have not published a required experience level, detailed challenge tracks or a speaker schedule, so prospective participants should look to the registration page for further announcements. Credits and partner support Projects created during the hackathon could earn a share of up to $100,000 in credits from: - Supabase - Vercel - Anthropic - Stripe These credits make the event particularly relevant to builders exploring databases, backend infrastructure, deployment, AI-powered products and payments. Beyond the potential awards, the single-day format offers dedicated time to experiment, make progress on a new idea and build alongside others working with the same technology ecosystem. Registration details This is a private event, and registration requires approval from the host. If you want automatic approval for the hackathon, the organiser asks you to register separately for Supabase Select 2026 as well. Registration for the main Select event does not replace hackathon registration: you need to complete both. The event is presented by Supabase Community Events and hosted by Supabase. Capacity information and the precise judging or submission process have not been published on the event page, so applying early is advisable. Request approval and register for the Supabase Select 2026 Hackathon

Singapore

Hosted by Stripe Startups

Build alongside Stripe experts in Singapore on 26 August 2026, with hands-on integration help, product demos, founder networking and practical startup support. Running from 2:00pm to 8:00pm GMT+8 at a location shared with registered attendees, Stripe Startups Build Day brings founders and startup teams together for a focused afternoon of building. Rather than simply hearing about new payments technology, attendees can work on their own products, speak directly with specialists and get real-time technical guidance from Stripe, Supabase, Vercel and OpenAI. What you’ll work on The programme combines co-working, live demonstrations and one-to-one consultation. Sessions will cover: - Payments and Radar: integrating unified global payments and identifying fraud in real time - Billing, Metronome and Connect: turning usage into revenue, supporting flexible pricing and monetising payments - Agentic toolkits: preparing businesses for agentic workflows and agentic commerce - Scripts and Workflows: extending and customising Stripe from inside the platform - A tour of Stripe’s developer tools and guidance on choosing the right Stripe strategy for your business This is designed for both founders already building with Stripe and those getting started. The emphasis is on practical progress in an educational, supportive setting, with experts available while you build rather than only after a presentation. Format and agenda After check-in and coffee from 2:00pm, Stripe and its partners will outline what they can help teams build. Two substantial build-and-demo sessions run from 3:00pm to 4:10pm and 4:30pm to 5:50pm, separated by a refreshment break. Closing remarks begin at 5:50pm. From 6:00pm to 8:00pm, attendees can choose between an extended networking reception and a UCP workshop. The reception brings daytime builders together with selected VCs and investors in a casual, explicitly pitch-free environment. Snacks, coffee and tea are provided during the day.… Register for this event

Learn how to take an AI-generated app from prompt to production in this beginner-friendly live build with Stripe and Netlify, streaming on 25 August 2026. This one-hour YouTube livestream tackles the practical gap between having an app idea and getting a working product live on the internet. Rather than relying on a long slide deck or a pre-built repository, two experienced engineers will demonstrate the complete workflow in real time using a terminal, AI-native tooling and an app that ends up in production. From prompt to a deployed app Colin Wren, Software Engineer at Stripe, will begin with Stripe’s projects.dev. He’ll show how to prompt your way towards a real backend, provisioning services through the command line instead of moving between dashboards, signup flows and downloaded keys. Seán Mc Ternan, Manager of Solutions Architecture at Netlify, will then take the project from local development to a live deployment with netlify.ai. His demonstration will explore what changes about shipping software when an AI agent is writing the code. The 60-minute agenda includes: - 00:00: Welcome and an introduction to the app being built - 00:05: Stripe demo , prompt to provisioned backend with projects.dev - 00:25: Netlify demo , local to live with netlify.ai - 00:45: Live audience Q&A - 00:55: Repository handoff, resources and ideas for what to build next Who should attend? The session is calibrated for people who have tried tools such as Copilot or Claude but have not yet allowed an agent to operate through their terminal. More experienced AI builders can also expect practical ideas, particularly around service provisioning and agent-led deployment. No setup is required, although you can bring a terminal if you want to follow along. By the end, you’ll have a working repository and reusable template to clone, modify and rebuild in your own time, plus a clearer mental model for the full prompt, provision and deploy pipeline.… Register for this event
