Noloco introduced a new integration with n8n, bringing advanced workflow automation to teams managing client delivery, billing, and resourcing across disconnected tools. The integration allows Noloco users to connect their operating system to external platforms like Stripe, Google Drive, and calendar apps through n8n's automation platform.
The company announced on LinkedIn that users can now create payment records in Noloco from new Stripe payments, automatically set up client Google Drive folders during onboarding, triage client requests using n8n agents, and sync calendars and meetings with Noloco. The integration targets service firms where delivery, resourcing, billing, and client updates often live in separate systems, creating friction in day-to-day operations.
How It Works
Noloco positions the n8n integration as familiar to users already working with Zapier or Make. The experience follows the same pattern of connecting triggers and actions across tools, but with n8n's node-based workflow editor and self-hosting options.
Teams can build multi-step automations that bridge Noloco with other services. A typical workflow might start when a new client record is added in Noloco, then automatically create a folder structure in Google Drive, set up a project board, and send a welcome email. Another could listen for new Stripe payments and immediately create corresponding billing records in Noloco, eliminating manual data entry.
The integration also supports n8n's AI agents, letting teams triage incoming client requests, route messages based on content, or surface relevant project context before a human reviews. This builds on Noloco's broader push into AI-assisted workflows, following their recent introduction of Nola, an AI assistant for agencies.
Why It Matters
For service firms and agencies, operations often span project management, billing systems, file storage, and communication tools. When these systems don't talk to each other, teams resort to manual updates, spreadsheets, or brittle homegrown scripts. Noloco's n8n integration gives teams a way to stitch those systems together without writing code.
The timing aligns with Noloco's positioning as an agency operating system. The company has been steadily adding features that address the full lifecycle of client work, including native time tracking for billing, Gantt charts with auto-adjusting timelines, and record history tracking. Connecting Noloco to the rest of the stack through n8n extends that vision beyond the boundaries of the platform itself.
Noloco noted that the n8n integration offers the same flexibility and control as existing automation options, with added power for users who want to self-host workflows or build more complex logic. Teams can access the integration now through their Noloco account settings.
