No-code platform Momen has integrated OpenAI's GPT-5 model into its visual app builder, allowing users to develop AI-powered applications without writing code. The update was announced on LinkedIn last week.

The integration gives Momen users access to GPT-5's capabilities through the platform's drag-and-drop interface. Builders can now create custom AI agents, design automation workflows, and prototype conversational interfaces using the latest language model from OpenAI.

Building with GPT-5 in Momen

Momen's visual builder approach means users configure AI functionality through interface components rather than API calls. The platform handles authentication, rate limiting, and error handling behind the scenes. Developers select GPT-5 as their model, define prompts and parameters, and connect the AI module to other parts of their application stack.

The company has published a guide walking through the integration process, from initial setup to testing and deployment. Use cases range from customer service chatbots to content generation tools and internal automation systems.

This follows Momen's recent addition of Nano Banana Pro image generation, which gave users access to 2K and 4K AI-generated images with 100,000 free credits. The platform has steadily expanded its AI capabilities over the past year, positioning itself as a full-stack solution for no-code AI application development.

Technical Implementation

Momen connects to GPT-5 through OpenAI's API infrastructure. Users bring their own API keys or work through Momen's managed service layer, depending on their plan. The visual builder exposes key parameters like temperature, max tokens, and system prompts as configurable fields.

Applications built with the integration can combine GPT-5 responses with other data sources. A typical workflow might pull user input from a form, send it to GPT-5 for processing, store the response in Airtable or Supabase, and display results through a custom interface.

For teams already using competing platforms like Bubble or Glide, Momen's GPT-5 support adds another option in the no-code AI space. The platform's strength lies in its full-stack approach, handling both frontend interfaces and backend logic in a single environment.

Pricing details for GPT-5 usage through Momen were not disclosed in the announcement. OpenAI's GPT-5 pricing typically depends on token usage, with costs varying by input and output volume. Momen users will need to factor in both platform subscription costs and API usage when budgeting for production applications.
