New York

Hosted by ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs Summit brings voice AI, business and technology leaders to New York on 11 November 2026 for a full day of conversation and live performance. Explore the direction of voice AI Hosted by ElevenLabs, this one-day summit offers an opportunity to hear how some of North America’s most forward-thinking leaders are approaching the rapidly developing relationship between AI, technology and business. Taking place in New York, the event is designed to move beyond a conventional conference format by combining conversation and performance throughout the day. The summit should be particularly relevant to: - Business and technology leaders tracking the development of voice AI - Founders, operators and product teams exploring emerging AI capabilities - Developers and AI builders interested in the evolving voice technology landscape - Creative professionals curious about the role of synthetic voice and audio - Decision-makers considering how AI may affect products, organisations and customer experiences What to expect ElevenLabs describes the gathering as a day with North America’s forward-thinking business and technology leaders. Attendees can expect a high-level forum centred on the opportunities, ideas and practical questions surrounding voice AI, delivered through a mixture of discussion and performance. The performance element gives the summit a distinctive character: rather than focusing exclusively on presentations, it will also provide a setting in which attendees can experience the expressive and creative dimensions of voice technology. The conversational format should create space for perspectives from across business and technology, making the event useful for people considering both strategic and product-level implications. No individual speakers, session titles or detailed running order are included in the published announcement, so applicants should consult the official summit page for programme updates. Attendance is application-based rather than presented as open general admission, reflecting the event’s focus on bringing together a selected community of leaders and practitioners.… Register for this event

The hybrid event connects participants in Mexico City with communities associated with MIT, Stanford, Columbia, Harvard and Princeton, as well as London, Munich, Zurich, Delhi and other international locations. Hack-Nation is also collaborating with the MIT Sloan AI Club for this edition. What to expect Participants will work on real AI challenges in a practical hackathon environment focused on building rather than simply discussing ideas. Berlin · Merantix AI Campus

Hosted by Make

Explore how AI voice agents, CRM integrations and no-code automation can transform customer support at this closed-door breakfast roundtable in Berlin. Hosted by ElevenLabs and Make, this invitation-only session brings together senior Customer Support, Customer Experience and AI leaders who are building and scaling modern support operations. It takes place on Wednesday 9 September 2026 at the Merantix AI Campus, Europe’s hub for AI. From first call to final resolution The roundtable will examine how AI voice agents and intelligent workflow orchestration can reshape the frontline customer experience. Rather than stopping at a standalone voice demo, the hosts will look at the wider operational challenge: connecting voice interactions with CRMs, messaging applications and other business systems, then coordinating those tools as part of a reliable support workflow. The conversation will focus on: - What customer support automations are now possible with AI voice agents - How to orchestrate workflows across multiple systems - Connecting tools through APIs and MCP - Moving voice automation from an initial pilot into production - Scaling AI-enabled support while maintaining an effective resolution process A short demonstration will show how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can work with Make’s visual automation platform. Make enables teams to connect tools, including ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, messaging apps and CRMs,and create anything from straightforward automations to complex AI workflows and agents without writing code. Agenda and format - 9:45: Doors open - 10:00: Opening remarks and demo - 10:15: Roundtable discussion - 10:45: Networking - 11:30: Closing With approximately 20 places, this is designed as a candid peer discussion rather than a large conference or sales presentation. Attendees can compare practical challenges, hear how other senior operators are approaching AI-led support, and make useful connections over breakfast. Registration requires host approval, and attendees must apply using a business email address. The exact venue address in Berlin will be shared with approved participants.… Register for this event
