⌖ London · London
Hosted by Flowgrammer.Club
A four-hour London workshop on 15 September 2026 showing B2B leaders how to turn AI and intelligent automation into measurable operational ROI. Presented by Flowgrammer.Club with Makeitfuture and Make, Leading in AI: Digital Transformation for B2B moves beyond the rush to adopt AI and asks the commercial question that matters: is the technology producing real financial returns? The workshop focuses on a practical sequence for successful digital transformation: connect existing systems and data, automate predictable processes, and then introduce AI where it can genuinely improve outcomes. Through live examples, real customer numbers and direct discussion, the hosts will explain why the right order of operations separates effective programmes from those that fail. What the morning covers - Connecting your technology with AI: learn how to layer intelligent automation onto systems your organisation already uses, rather than forcing AI onto disconnected data. - Real results and measurable ROI: examine how businesses have automated core operations and assess customer results from end to end. - Where AI belongs, and where it does not: compare tasks where AI outperforms conventional workflows with those where a predictable automation remains the better choice. - Cost and quality guardrails: consider how to implement AI without paying dramatically more for an outcome that could be achieved through a standard workflow. This is an in-person, business-focused session rather than a purely technical conference. Expect straight talk instead of slide-heavy theory, customer proof points, live implementation examples and opportunities to meet other decision-makers. It is designed specifically for operations managers, directors and business leaders responsible for digital transformation, with founders and leaders from finance, operations and technology also expected in the room. No coding experience is listed as a requirement. Schedule - 10:00 , Doors, coffee and networking - 10:30 , Connecting your technology with AI - 11:15 , Real results, real ROI: customer numbers end to end - 12:15 , Where AI belongs, and where it doesn’t - 13:00 , Lunch and networking - 14:00 , Event concludes… Register for this event

⌖ Barcelona · Barcelona Supercomputing Center
Hosted by Make
Build a working AI project at this hands-on workshop hosted by Make in Barcelona on 18 September 2026. Designed as a practical lead-up to AI Summit Barcelona 2026, this four-hour, laptop-open session prioritises making over passive listening: arrive with a clear idea and leave having built something tangible. What to expect The workshop runs from 5:00pm to 9:00pm GMT+2 at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center. After a quick introduction and framing session, attendees will split into focused groups of five to ten people. Each group will follow a shared curriculum with guidance from an experienced lead, creating space for personal support, faster progress and practical problem-solving. The evening includes: - A concise introduction to set goals and frame the build - A substantial hands-on AI project session in small, led groups - A short Q&A about ethical AI and responsible building - Networking at the end of the evening, sponsored by Make Every attendee will receive 25,000 Make credits, enabling participants to experiment during the workshop and continue developing automations and AI agents afterwards. Make provides a visual environment for managing workflows and agents, with connections to more than 3,000 apps. Its transparent approach lets teams see workflow logic and build without relying on developers. More information is available on the Make website. Who should apply? This is an intermediate-level workshop, not an introductory talk about AI. It is aimed at builders ready to create something real, including aspiring founders and professionals who want to automate processes or improve how they work with AI. The workshop centres women and non-binary people building with AI. Men are welcome when attending alongside a woman or non-binary participant. Bring your own laptop and come prepared with a specific project idea you want to explore. Attendance is application-based and places are limited. The hosts review every registration to keep groups focused and working at a similar level, so applicants should answer the registration questions clearly and explain what they intend to build. Registration is subject to approval, and the exact location details are shared with approved participants.… Register for this event

⌖ Amsterdam · RAI Amsterdam (booth G19)
Hosted by n8n
Meet the n8n team at HumanX Europe in Amsterdam on 23–24 September 2026 to explore how AI workflows can move from impressive demos into production. From AI prototype to dependable automation At RAI Amsterdam, n8n will focus on one of the biggest challenges facing teams adopting AI: turning a promising idea into a reliable, maintainable workflow that works with existing tools and data. Visit booth G19 to discuss the practical realities of production AI and learn how teams use n8n to connect models, agents, applications and data across complete automated processes. Rather than concentrating solely on isolated AI demonstrations, the conversations will examine what it takes to build automation that can become part of day-to-day operations and scale across an organisation. Key discussion areas include: - Orchestrating AI workflows in production, where reliability matters beyond the initial prototype - Connecting LLMs, agents, apps and data end to end so that AI can operate within wider business processes - Creating reliable and maintainable workflows around the systems teams already use - Scaling automation across teams while avoiding unnecessary platform lock-in Who should visit? This exhibition is particularly relevant to AI builders, automation practitioners, technical teams and business leaders who are moving AI projects towards real-world use. It should also be useful for anyone evaluating how workflow orchestration can bring together multiple tools and data sources, or looking for a more sustainable approach to expanding automation across teams. The format is an in-person exhibition presence rather than a standalone workshop. Attendees can stop at the booth during HumanX Europe, meet the n8n team and have a focused conversation about their own production workflows, integration requirements and automation challenges. No named speakers or formal session timetable have been announced in the event post. HumanX Europe takes place at RAI Amsterdam in Amsterdam across Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 September 2026. Tickets are available through the HumanX Europe registration page. View n8n’s event post and registration details
