Bristol · The Aeesmbly Room, Design West
Hosted by RIBA Bristol & Bath
Explore how AI is reshaping architectural design, visualisation, creativity and craft at this in-person RIBA Bristol & Bath event in Bristol. Taking place on Wednesday 11 November 2026, from 6:00pm to 8:30pm, the evening moves from practical uses of generative AI today to bigger questions about the future of architecture and the profession. Speakers and topics - George Proud of Gendo will examine how generative AI is transforming architectural visualisation and creative workflows, including new ways to develop, communicate and test ideas. - Tomas Millar of Millar + Howard Workshop will consider whether AI could spark a new creative renaissance, helping architects not only work faster, but also unlock new forms of creativity, craft and a richer built environment. Both presentations will be followed by audience questions and discussion, with drinks and informal networking to close the evening. The event is suitable for architects and built-environment professionals already experimenting with AI, as well as those simply curious about its implications for practice. Venue: The Aeesmbly Room, Design West, 16 Narrow Quay, Bristol BS1 4QA. Doors open at 5:45pm. The organiser states that tickets are non-refundable. The event is organised by RIBA Bristol & Bath.
