Hosted by ProductTank Cardiff
ProductTank Cardiff 55 brings product strategy and leadership talks, practical lessons, networking, pizza and drinks to Hodge House in Cardiff. Taking place on Wednesday 11 November 2026, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm GMT, this meetup is designed for product managers, product leaders, founders and technology professionals who want candid insight into building viable businesses and leading teams through uncertainty. Talks - Rich Barrett, Co-founder and CTO, “A good product is not a good business” Drawing on 18 years of building and selling technology companies, including Parcel Monkey and Cloud Fulfilment, Rich will examine why two strong products in the same sector experienced very different growth. He’ll explore whether a product can be sold, delivered and supported profitably, leaving attendees with challenging questions to apply to their own work. - Evie Brockwell, Head of Product, Operation & Experimentation at New Look, “The 92%: How to thrive as a Product Leader amidst the chaos” Evie will look beyond roadmaps to the confidence, presence and clarity required for effective product leadership. Drawing on product transformations and four years running A/B tests at Booking.com, she’ll discuss maintaining sound judgement and giving teams direction under pressure. The evening opens with informal product chat over pizza and drinks, followed by the two talks, a break, prize draw and time to continue conversations afterwards. Photography or recording will take place, and attendance implies agreement with the event’s Code of Conduct. Follow ProductTank Cardiff on LinkedIn for community updates.
