Edinburgh · The Melting Pot
Hosted by OutGeek - Badass Pros
Meet hiring teams actively recruiting tech talent at OutGeekWomen, an in-person networking evening in Edinburgh for mid-career and senior women in tech. Taking place at The Melting Pot, 15 Calton Road, from 6:00pm to 8:30pm on Thursday 12 November 2026, the event replaces conventional recruiter networking with short, direct pitches from companies that are hiring. How the evening works - CTOs and hiring teams deliver five-minute pitches - Attendees then speak directly with the teams that interest them - Food and drinks are provided throughout the evening OutGeek says that three to six hiring teams usually take the stage. The confirmed lineup will be shared with attendees before the event and published through OutGeek. The evening is designed primarily for mid-career and senior women in tech who are considering their next move, although a limited number of entry-level tickets are available. The event is open to everyone. Most tickets are free, with the final 10 sold as paid tickets to help cover the team running the event. If you can no longer attend, the organiser asks that you cancel to release your place. The published refund policy states no refunds. Get tickets for OutGeekWomen
