Build a practical foundation in AI in this four-hour, beginner-friendly online workshop from QA Limited and the Future Skills Community. Running 10:00am–2:00pm GMT on Friday 6 November 2026, the session explains how AI systems work, how machine learning models are created and how organisations use AI across different industries. Interactive learning and practical examples will help participants understand recent developments and select suitable AI tools and models for different tasks. What you’ll learn - Current AI developments and trends - How AI systems and machine learning models work - How to choose the right AI tools and models - Responsible and ethical approaches to AI - Next steps for continuing your AI learning journey The workshop is designed for people with little or no previous AI experience, including professionals building new skills, educators, job seekers and lifelong learners. You’ll need a laptop or desktop computer, a stable internet connection and a web browser. The event link will be visible to registered attendees.
