Explore how AI and data science move from research into organisational practice with Novo Nordisk’s Head of AI Governance & Enablement in Cambridge. From academic research to real-world AI This in-person University of Cambridge seminar offers postgraduate researchers, early-career academics and students a valuable window into the opportunities and challenges of applying artificial intelligence and data science beyond academia. Taking place on Monday 28 September 2026, from 3:30pm to 4:30pm, the session features Margi Sheth, Head of AI Governance & Enablement at Novo Nordisk. The talk forms part of the Beyond Academia: AI & Data Science Applications seminar series, which examines the transformative role of data and AI in the wider world. By bringing leaders and professionals into conversation with the Cambridge research community, the series connects high-level academic work with the realities of deploying innovation inside organisations.
