Tally Forms is moving form creation and analysis directly into AI conversations. The company is now available as a verified connector in Claude and an official plugin in ChatGPT, allowing users to build forms and inspect responses without manually configuring an integration.
The company detailed both integrations in its official changelog on August 27, 2026. Co-founder Marie Martens subsequently announced the milestone on LinkedIn, noting that relatively few form builders had secured both placements.
The integrations turn the AI assistant into a conversational front end for Tally. A user can describe the form they need, including its purpose and structure, and have the assistant create questions, logic and design. Once responses arrive, users can bring submissions back into the conversation to summarize feedback, identify trends, compare completion rates or examine individual answers.
Two Routes Into the Same Workflow
In ChatGPT, users can open Plugins, search for Tally and install it without performing a manual setup. Tally says the plugin can generate a complete form from a description and retrieve submissions for analysis. The release expands on the workflow covered in Tally Forms ChatGPT plugin Builds Forms and Analyzes Responses.

Claude follows a similar model, but installation runs through its connector directory. Users navigate to Customize, select Connectors, browse for Tally and connect it. They can then ask Claude to build a form, compare completion rates or investigate individual responses from the same chat.
Verification matters because connectors give AI systems access to external services and potentially sensitive business data. A verified listing provides users with a clearer, platform-recognized route to the integration than an unofficial workaround or manually assembled connection. Tally has not, however, published additional security, permission or data-retention details in the supplied announcement, so businesses handling regulated or confidential information should review the authorization screens and relevant platform policies before connecting accounts.
Why It Matters for Small Teams
The immediate benefit is less context switching. A founder collecting customer feedback could ask for a survey, refine its logic through follow-up instructions, distribute it through the usual Tally workflow and later ask the AI assistant to summarize the submissions. The same pattern could apply to lead qualification, event registration, client intake or internal research.
The release also changes what “no-code” form building looks like. Instead of assembling every field and condition through a visual editor, users can begin with a natural-language brief. Tally remains the system creating and storing the form, while Claude or ChatGPT acts as the interface for requesting the build and interrogating results.
There are practical limits. AI-generated questions and logic still need human review, particularly when wording affects consent, eligibility, pricing or customer decisions. Summaries can accelerate analysis, but businesses should verify important conclusions against the underlying submissions rather than treating an AI-generated interpretation as the source record.
Tally is also broadening this assistant-based strategy beyond the two major chat platforms. Its August changelog introduced a connector for Superhuman Go that can build, browse and manage forms without leaving the current browser tab, following the workflow previously covered by Create With. Together, the releases suggest Tally wants its form infrastructure available wherever users already ask questions and process work, rather than requiring every task to begin inside the Tally editor.
