What to expect

Discover how Elitez and Glints built internal AI systems at Lorong AI @ One-North in Singapore on 13 August 2026.

Most organisations have a small group of AI enthusiasts, but individual productivity gains do not automatically translate into company-wide change. This evening meetup examines how two founders moved beyond isolated prompts and experiments to make AI part of everyday work across their businesses.

Two approaches to organisation-wide AI

Derrick Teo, Founder of Elitez, presents “Building a Company Brain”. Valuable company knowledge is often fragmented across documents, chat threads and employees. Derrick will explain how Elitez created a shared knowledge layer that lets AI search, reason over and act on organisational information. Examples will include the company’s Sales Opportunity Agent and the internal data pipelines behind it, showing how a company brain can support practical AI workflows and reveal new business opportunities.

Yong Jie, Co-Founder of Glints, presents “From Personal AI to Company OS”. Rather than discarding employees’ existing AI habits, Glints built on the prompts, tools and workflows people were already using. Yong Jie will share how the company encouraged employees to create and exchange workflows, what drove adoption, and what the team learned from hackathons, internal champions and experiments that did not work.

Together, the talks address two connected challenges:

  • Building a dependable knowledge layer shared across a company
  • Turning personal AI practices into organisational capability
  • Encouraging employees to create, reuse and improve workflows
  • Learning from practical adoption efforts rather than vendor presentations

Who should attend?

The session is designed for founders, operators and functional leaders working out how AI fits into their organisation. It will be particularly useful for anyone seeking practical lessons on internal AI systems, knowledge management and adoption, not simply another overview of AI’s potential.

The evening begins with registration and mingling from 6:00–6:30pm, followed by speaker sharings and Q&A from 6:30–8:30pm. The published programme also lists networking and mingling from 8:30–9:00pm.…
