About this event

What to expect

Meet the UK's most active robotics and automation community at this free networking event in London, hosted by STIQ Ltd at Hill Dickinson's Broadgate Tower offices in Shoreditch. This is the 11th STIQ Robotics event, bringing together 100-120 professionals from across the robotics ecosystem for an evening of insights, presentations, and meaningful connections.

What to Expect

The evening kicks off at 5:30pm with a panel discussion featuring industry leaders: Obinna Njoku (Ex-PepsiCo), Mark Slack (CMR Surgical), and Caroline France (DSIT). This will be followed by four rapid-fire 5-minute presentations from innovative companies including All3, Recycleye, and two additional speakers to be announced. The format is designed to maximise networking opportunities, with dedicated breaks built around the presentation sessions.

Who Should Attend

STIQ Robotics events welcome anyone involved in or interested in robotics, warehouse automation, humanoids, cobots, industrial robots, medical robots, and factory automation. Whether you're a startup founder, investor, postgraduate student, component supplier, end user, or working at an established company, you'll find relevant connections here. Past events have attracted professionals from companies like AutoStore, Oxbotica, Wayve, Covariant, Fox Robotics, and many emerging startups.

Format and Facilities

The event runs until 9pm, with drinks continuing at a nearby pub afterwards. Sponsors provide complimentary pizza and refreshments throughout the evening (dietary requirements catered for). The structure balances 6-10 presentations split across two sessions with substantial networking time. Remember to have your LinkedIn app ready – attendees typically make numerous connections at each event.

Why STIQ Started These Events

STIQ Ltd, which interviews warehouse automation, material handling and robotics companies globally, noticed a lack of networking opportunities for UK-based robotics companies. These events were created to foster a stronger UK robotics ecosystem, giving local companies chances to learn from each other, connect with investors and users, and potentially spark new collaborations and startups. The events increasingly attract international robotics companies and end users alongside the core UK community.
