About this event

What to expect

Build an AI, no-code, product, growth or automation project alongside fellow makers in Ho Chi Minh City, then share your progress in a short demo.

Taking place on Saturday 5 September 2026, from 1:30pm to 6:30pm (GMT+7), BS38 is a fortnightly coworking showcase for people who want dedicated time to build, exchange ideas and stay accountable. The session is hosted at The Joi Factory, a vegetarian café and restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City.

How the session works

The full coworking programme runs for five hours:

  • 30-minute introduction to meet the group and explain what you plan to work on
  • Three to four hours of lock-in coworking on any tech-related project
  • Optional one-to-one conversations during the work period for learning and knowledge-sharing
  • A concise two-to-three-minute demo from each builder at the end

Projects can cover code, product development, marketing, growth, AI, automation or no-code workflows. You do not need a finished product: even a Google Doc containing a plan is enough, provided you have something to work on and can share your progress afterwards.

The event welcomes developers, no-code builders, growth practitioners and tech enthusiasts working on hobby projects. Both Vietnamese and English will be used, making the session accessible to local and international builders.

Two ways to attend

Choose the free Cowork + Showcase ticket for the complete 1:30–6:30pm session, or select Watch Showcase to attend only the demos from 5–6:30pm. Both ticket types require approval. Attendance is free; participants simply pay for a drink at the café.

Host Ky-Nam is the founder and CEO of Flowser.ai, which develops AI agents for go-to-market work. Previous Build Stuffs sessions have featured projects including Crowdpitch, a route for presenting projects to investors, customers and the community; Ren from Asla, which was seeking testers and feedback; and production-ready AI systems for business operations from sell.systems.…
