About this event

What to expect

Join Frankfurt's AI community for an evening of practical insights into production-ready artificial intelligence applications. This March 2026 meetup brings together industry practitioners tackling real-world challenges—from agentic coding under business constraints to building accessible language systems that comply with the latest EU regulations. Whether you're building AI agents, designing data products, or exploring how AI can make information more accessible, this event offers concrete takeaways from teams deploying AI in mission-critical environments.

What to Expect

The evening features three in-depth presentations from practitioners working at the intersection of AI and real business requirements. Ralf Kachel and Conré Fourie from Accso will demonstrate how they built a business-critical rail dispatching system in just ten weeks using agentic coding tools—with a twist: no manual typing in the IDE. Their case study explores how AI-powered development changes collaboration with domain experts and stakeholders when building production software under tight constraints.

Mario Meir-Huber cuts through the buzzword confusion around data products, providing both business and technical perspectives on what data products actually mean, why they matter, and how to implement them in practice. If you've been hearing "data product" thrown around without clear definition, this session grounds the concept in real-world application.

Dr. Umesh Patil from t2k GmbH tackles a pressing regulatory challenge: Germany's Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG), which implements the European Accessibility Act and requires accessible, comprehensible service information. His presentation demonstrates how combining fine-tuned open-weight models like Gemma-3 with classical NLP components—word and sentence complexity detection, compound splitting—can create scalable text transformation pipelines that meet both Einfache Sprache (Plain Language, DIN 8581-1) and Leichte Sprache (Easy Language, DIN SPEC 33429) standards. This is AI solving a real compliance need that traditional manual translation cannot scale to meet.

Who Should Attend

This meetup is designed for AI practitioners, software engineers, data professionals, and technical decision-makers working with or exploring ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools in production environments. If you're interested in agentic coding workflow
