About this event

What to expect

Learn how to build practical AI memory systems for everything from a fully local robot to a 1,000-agent “fly” hive in this free live webinar.

Hosted online by ODSC AI Amsterdam and supported by Qdrant, the session takes place on Tuesday, 17 November 2026, from 5:00–6:00 PM UTC (12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT). Pre-registration is required.

What you’ll learn

Dylan Couzon, Lead Developer Relations at Qdrant, will walk through two memory systems, from storing an agent’s first observation to retrieving useful experiences and sharing knowledge across many agents. You’ll see the systems running live, inspect the code behind them and explore questions including:

  • Why giving an agent more memory can make its performance worse
  • How to decide what gets written, retrieved, shared or forgotten
  • How to scope shared memory across a large multi-agent system
  • What changes when memory runs entirely on-device

Dylan builds developer tools, contributes to open source and works on retrieval systems, model training, physical AI and robotics.

The webinar is aimed at AI engineers, software developers and data scientists, as well as people experimenting with agents, retrieval or robotics. Product managers and technical leaders exploring agent memory will also find it relevant.

You can also explore ODSC AI, its AI+ Training platform and the ODSC Blog.
