About this event

What to expect

Signals Berlin 2026 brings SRE, AI and MLOps engineers together for two technical days on making AI-powered production systems more reliable. Held on 10–11 September at Kulturbrauerei in Berlin, this curated, 250-seat conference focuses on the failure modes, operational practices and hard-won lessons emerging as AI agents move into real-world software delivery.

Reliability without the hype

The programme is built around practitioner experience: what breaks in production, how teams detect it and what engineering organisations can do next. There is one track, one room and one shared conversation, with no competing sessions, sales pitches or “AI fluff”. The intimate format is also designed to maximise the “hallway experience”, giving attendees time to compare approaches with speakers and peers.

Topics across the two days include:

  • Observability for AI agents and reliability engineering beyond a superficial “200 OK” response
  • LLMOps and agentic coding from the platform-team perspective
  • Evaluation-driven development, prompt leaks and production confidence
  • AI-assisted learning from incidents and autonomous software delivery
  • Infrastructure for AI-native applications and probabilistic code verification
  • The impact of rapidly increasing code output on incidents, uptime and operations

The speaker line-up spans companies including Anthropic, Honeycomb, Zalando, Bloomberg, Booking.com, ING, Delivery Hero, Langfuse and Intercom. Highlights include Alejandro Saucedo on new observability failure modes, Charity Majors on lessons from handcrafted servers and code, and Alex Palcuie exploring whether Claude can help resolve incidents. A moderated panel will tackle reliability in the age of AI, while six fast-paced lightning talks add further practical perspectives.
