AI Impact Festival 2026

About this event

What to expect

Explore how AI is reshaping daily life, work and Amsterdam at the AI Impact Festival, held at NEMO Science Museum on 24 November 2026.

The second edition of this afternoon festival from Amsterdam AI combines fresh perspectives, talks, conversations with fellow residents and interactive opportunities to experience AI first-hand. Rather than focusing only on technology, it asks who benefits from AI, who makes the decisions and how people can remain in control.

What to expect

The programme will examine AI’s impact across three areas:

  • Your life: How AI influences learning, decision-making and relationships, including the growing habit of talking to AI as if it were a friend.
  • Your work: How AI affects professions ranging from education and healthcare to leadership and retail, and who gets to shape those changes.
  • Your city: How Amsterdam uses AI for traffic management, municipal services and understanding residents’ needs, and whether those systems work equally well for everyone.

The festival is designed for Amsterdam residents and people from a wide range of professions, whether they use AI deliberately, encounter it through everyday services or are still considering its implications. No specific experience level is stated.

A detailed timetable and speaker programme have not yet been published; the organiser says these will follow in early November.
