About this event

What to expect

Build and deploy a custom AI research agent for competitive intelligence in this paid online workshop on 13 November 2026 at 03:30 UTC.

Rather than manually piecing together company news, reviews and hiring activity, you’ll fork a working competitive-intelligence agent and adapt it to produce structured research covering recent news, hiring patterns, market positioning, gaps and potential red flags.

What you’ll do

  • Clone the existing agent from GitHub
  • Connect custom sources such as RSS feeds and open APIs
  • Test the agent live using a real company, competitor or industry keyword
  • Leave with a deployed agent designed to run 100+ times

The workshop supports two use cases: job seekers researching employers before applying, interviewing or accepting an offer, and employees or side hustlers tracking competitors, market gaps and strategic moves.

Bring a laptop with a browser and some basic experience asking questions and iterating with Claude. Optional 10-minute pre-work involves cloning the repository, configuring an API key and checking that it runs; otherwise, setup will take place during the first 20 minutes.

Tickets cost $17–$27 and include materials plus a post-workshop recap covering iteration, advanced techniques and troubleshooting. Ethical guardrails will also be addressed. The title describes a two-hour event, while the published details describe a three-hour workshop.

This event is organised by Albert’s List and promoted by Ireland Startup: Idea to IPO. It is open to attendees worldwide, with the online access link visible to registered attendees. Book the paid ticket through Eventbrite, then view the event and attendance details on Meetup.
