About this event

What to expect

Open Claw, Open Mind, Open Floor breaks the mould of traditional tech events. No stages. No slides. No passive audiences. Just a room of builders, founders, and curious minds coming together in Montreal to explore the intersection of AI, decentralised physical infrastructure (DePIN), and real-world asset tokenisation — with a live OpenClaw deployment at the centre of it all.

This is not a conference. This is an experiment in collaborative learning and honest conversation about where AI, ownership, and infrastructure are headed. Whether you're building with AI, exploring blockchain applications, or simply trying to make sense of the rapidly evolving tech landscape, this event offers a rare opportunity to learn hands-on and engage in unfiltered dialogue.

What to Expect

The evening opens with a signature wellness session on staying human in an accelerating world — mental resilience, nervous system regulation, and decision-making under uncertainty. From there, organisers Sam Drissi and Florent Thevenin set the stage with a big-picture overview of DAI, RWA, and DePIN.

You'll get a practical introduction to Decentralised Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN) — the physical layer of Web3 — with real-world examples spanning wireless networks, energy grids, and sensor arrays. This is followed by a live demonstration of Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenisation, showing how intellectual property and patents can become tradeable digital assets.

The centrepiece is the OpenClaw deep dive: a hands-on demonstration of deploying OpenClaw on a virtual server in under 10 minutes. You'll learn the critical differences between virtual server performance and physical PC infrastructure, and see how decentralised compute can be leveraged in practice.

After a buffet break, the floor opens for the real reason we're here: an open, facilitated conversation about AI, humanity, and the future. No pitch decks. No hierarchy. Just honest voices sharing what they're building, what concerns them, and what keeps them grounded.
