About this event

What to expect

AI Signals #35 brings practical talks on agent evals, guardrails, observability and human behaviour to London and online on 15 October 2026.

This hybrid edition of the AI Signals meetup examines what it takes to move AI systems beyond impressive demos and into reliable real-world use. Across three specialist talks, attendees will hear about evaluating production agents, applying effective safeguards, observing self-improving systems and addressing the human behaviours that can determine whether AI adoption succeeds.

Talks and speakers

  • Amy Kuner, Zoopla, “House-training an agent: evals and guardrails for prod” explores the evaluation and guardrail work involved in preparing an AI agent for production.
  • Armend Avdijaj, Founder and CEO of GlassFlow, “The missing observability layer for self-improving agents” focuses on the visibility required when agents can evolve and improve.
  • Adi Talmor, Blackmont Consulting, “AI Isn't the Hard Part. Human Behaviour Is.” shifts attention from the technology itself to the people and behavioural factors around it.

The programme begins with doors opening at 6:00pm, followed by a welcome at 6:30pm and the first talk at 6:35pm. A break is scheduled for 7:05pm, with Armend Avdijaj speaking from 7:20pm. The published agenda lists Adi Talmor’s session at 8:00pm.

Who should attend?

This meetup is relevant to AI engineers, agent builders, data and machine-learning practitioners, technical leaders, consultants and product teams interested in dependable AI applications. It should be particularly useful for anyone thinking about production readiness, agent evaluation, safety controls, observability or the organisational realities of AI adoption. No specific experience requirement is stated.

The in-person event takes place at The Cooperage, 5 Copper Row, London SE1 2LH. Entry is not available before 6:00pm. Remote attendees can watch through the AI Signals YouTube channel, with the online link visible to attendees.
