About this event

What to expect

ICAISC 2026 brings AI and soft-computing researchers to Lagos on 14–15 September 2026 for presentations and interdisciplinary exchange.

Organised by Academics World, the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Soft Computing is designed as a forum for academic scientists, research scholars, practitioners and educators to share results, examine current innovations and discuss practical challenges and solutions. Its wider scope covers developments across science, engineering and technology, creating opportunities for conversations between disciplines as well as focused discussion around artificial intelligence and soft computing.

Present your research or attend as a listener

The programme is built around research contributions and invited lectures. Authors may submit abstracts, full papers or e-posters, while those who do not plan to present can register as listeners. The call for contributions welcomes original, unpublished conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental and theoretical work, including supporting figures, tables and references.

This event is particularly relevant to:

  • Academic researchers and research scholars working in AI, soft computing, engineering or technology
  • Educators looking to follow emerging research, trends and concerns
  • Practitioners interested in applied challenges and the solutions being developed across these fields
  • Authors seeking feedback, presentation experience and interdisciplinary academic exchange

Submitted conference papers will undergo blind peer review by three reviewers. Academics World states that proceedings will be published with ISBN numbers, archived through the World Research Library and submitted to services including Google Scholar, DOAJ and CiteSeerX. Each paper is also due to receive an online DOI registered through Crossref. Selected papers may be considered for reputed indexed journals, including Scopus and Web of Science-indexed journals, subject to the organiser’s stated conditions.

Recognition and key dates

One excellent paper is set to be selected from each oral session, alongside a wider best-paper award for work judged to make a significant contribution. Participants will receive CPD hours, while presenters are due to receive a proceedings book and presentation certificate at the registration desk.…
