What to expect

ICARSIA 2026 brings researchers, students and industry professionals to Dublin for two days of AI, robotics and industrial automation research.

Taking place 10–11 October 2026 at The Alex Hotel, the International Conference on AI Robotics Software for Industrial Applications combines paper presentations, technical sessions and networking. The programme is aimed at people working across academia and industry, with themes including:

  • Advances in AI for industrial automation
  • Robotics in manufacturing, including innovations and implementation challenges
  • Software engineering practices for AI-driven systems
  • Machine learning applications in robotics
  • Real-time robotic data processing and robust industrial AI algorithms

Both days begin with registration followed by morning and afternoon technical sessions. Day two concludes with certificate distribution. The event page lists Dr Prof Rajasekharaiah as a speaker and Professor C Sam Charles Devanand of Avani Institute of Design as a committee member; further programme details may be added by the organiser.

Researchers can submit original research, case studies or innovative ideas. At least one author of every accepted paper must register for inclusion in the proceedings and schedule. Author registration includes access to the technical programme for up to two authors or co-authors, proceedings, certificates, welcome reception, coffee breaks and lunch. Late registrations and paper changes after the stated final deadlines are not accepted.
