About this event

What to expect

Discover how Swiss banks, insurers and fintechs are putting Claude to work at this focused financial services meetup in Zurich on 28 September 2026.

Designed around practical adoption rather than general AI theory, the evening brings together finance decision-makers and practitioners for concrete examples of how AI is already being used in day-to-day work. Speakers will explore the path from adoption to measurable business value, the architecture and operations behind production systems, and the role of Claude Code in software engineering.

Talks and agenda

Doors open at 18:30 for registration, followed by three sessions:

  • 19:00, Adnovum introduction
  • 19:05, “Claude in Financial Services: From Adoption to Business Value” with Stefania Stan, AI Academia Strategy & Research at UBS
  • 19:25, “A Framework for Architecture, Build, Operations” with Andreas Janoschek, CEO of Gerevest.AI
  • 19:45, “Claude Code and AI in Software Engineering” with Dean Marti, Development Platforms at SIX
  • 20:10, Networking drinks
  • 20:30, Close

The programme combines concise, experience-led talks with informal networking, giving attendees the opportunity to compare approaches and meet others applying Claude across the Swiss financial ecosystem. Expect examples grounded in banks, insurance and fintech, alongside possibilities for AI adoption that may not yet be on every organisation’s roadmap.

Who should attend?

This meetup is specifically intended for decision-makers and hands-on practitioners working in or for the Swiss financial services industry. It will be most useful to people evaluating Claude use cases, building AI-enabled systems, overseeing technology architecture or operations, and introducing AI into software engineering workflows.

The content assumes professional experience in finance and some familiarity with AI. It is not positioned as a general introduction for students or people at the earliest stage of exploring the subject.…
