What to expect

A three-day Berlin conference for cloud engineers, DevOps teams, researchers and technology leaders exploring AI-driven operations and scalable infrastructure.

Taking place 28–30 August 2026 in Mitte, Berlin, the Global Cloud, DevOps & Next-Generation Infrastructure Summit brings together practitioners and researchers working across cloud computing, software delivery and modern digital infrastructure. The programme is designed as an international forum for sharing research, exchanging practical knowledge and discussing how organisations can build secure, resilient and efficient technology platforms.

What the summit covers

Across three days, the conference will examine the technologies, operating models and engineering practices shaping next-generation infrastructure. Its broad agenda includes:

  • Cloud-native architecture, serverless computing, edge systems, and multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud strategies
  • DevOps culture, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, automation workflows and infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible
  • Docker, Kubernetes architecture and scaling, service mesh, microservices, and container security
  • AI and machine learning in cloud operations, including AIOps, intelligent monitoring and predictive infrastructure
  • Site reliability engineering, observability, logging, incident management and disaster recovery
  • DevSecOps, compliance, high availability and fault-tolerant system design
  • Performance optimisation, cloud cost management and enterprise cloud adoption
  • Data engineering, analytics, IoT infrastructure, blockchain, sustainable computing and platform engineering

Rather than focusing on one vendor or narrow technical discipline, the summit connects architecture, delivery, operations, security and emerging AI capabilities. This makes it relevant to teams considering the full lifecycle of modern infrastructure, from application deployment and automation to monitoring, resilience and long-term sustainability.
